I am a pensioner, 71 years old. For three years, I had pain first in my right knee, which then spread to my left knee. Hello everyone!

I have had intervertebral hernias for a long time, and I treat them with varying success. However, if I’m on my feet for a long time or carry something not even that heavy, I start feeling pain again: my back goes numb, it feels like there’s a stone in there, and then sharp pain starts radiating down to my legs, and it intensifies… It even becomes hard to move due to the pain.

I am 42 years old.
