I love telling my friends I’ve had a sauna session, and they’re always surprised, wondering how I find the time. They think I go to a full sauna or steam bath, but this isn’t a bathhouse—this is a unique wellness mini sauna that uses tourmaline and jade stones. These stones help eliminate toxins, cleanse the blood, stabilize and lower blood pressure, and improve circulation throughout the body. In August ’24, we were burning off warts — poor child. If only I had known about Vieda earlier, so much suffering she went through.
